Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western Lubbock Medical Center, Lubbock

The hotel had spacious and very comfortable rooms but was not ready for occupancy when we arrived. The service, although slow to refill empty dispensers, was very helpful with recommendations for places to eat. The location was perfect for us, close to the hospital and Texas Tech University. The hotel offered globally inspired dishes.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and spacious, although it seemed like it hadn't been dusted recently. The amenities we paid for were missing, which was disappointing, but overall it was a decent stay. The service was sweet and helpful, except for Cynthia who was less friendly. The location was convenient for our plans, being close to Texas Tech and Covenant Hospital. The dining had good options, although some items were out of stock, and the hotel facilities were adequate. The change in ownership two weeks before our stay did not seem to affect our experience.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were large and very nice, but cleanliness was a major issue for me. The service was exceptional, very accommodating, friendly, and professional. The location was convenient, especially being near Covenant Childrens and Market Street 24hrs, but the hotel's pet-friendly policy didn't sit well with me. The dining options were decent, but some improvements were needed. The facilities were average, nothing extraordinary.
